Subject	full fluid flush involves? recommended fluids?

Message	planning on doing a full fliud flush on the z, i havnt done one since ive owned it, but i also havnt really driven it all that much. i plan on doing one in the next few weeks and was wondering what fluids i should change, and what fluids are recommended/frowned upon for oil im running mobil 1 15w50, which is the only fluid ive changed just before i bought my z it had a coolant flush, so i dont believe it needs that but i was going to tackle the tranny fluid and diff fluid and was wondering if there were any others i should do?
